LHPS prepares historic resource evaluations for individual home owners, developers, and agencies. From a single-family home to a historic district, LHPS is available to guide you through the regulatory process and produce quality documentation for your project.
SUBCONTRACTING SERVICES
Looking for someone to help with your current workload, whether during a transition in staff or an overflow of work? LHPS is here to help. LHPS delivers quality work in a timely manner while remaining sensitive to each company's needs. Annual and semi-annual Management Services Agreements are available.
ADVANCED BUILT ENVIRONMENT SERVICES
If your needs extend beyond historic resource evaluations, LHPS can also provide more advanced services. LHPS can review project plans and analyze them for consistency with the Secretary of the Interiors Standards. LHPS can also prepare project impact analyses and provide input on project design options.
